These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of access tickets and participation in the CardFest event. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer fully accepts these rules.
Validity: Each ticket is valid only for the date and access type indicated on the purchased product.
Reduced Tickets and Documentation: For reduced-price tickets (for example Under 12 or Accessibility), the Organization may request a valid ID document at the entrance to verify eligibility. If valid documentation is not provided, the reduced ticket may be considered invalid and the attendee may be required to pay the difference to the full price, subject to availability.
Additional Purchases: Some activities, specific areas, or additional services may require separate payment and may not be included in the base entry ticket. Users must read each ticket description carefully before checkout.
Vendors purchasing a Table Ticket are entitled to the space and equipment listed in the selected product description (such as chairs, placement, and vertical space availability).
Limitations: Vendors are responsible for verifying table dimensions and features before purchase. Any modification or extra requirement must be agreed in advance and may involve additional costs.
Responsibility: The Organization is not responsible for custody of displayed goods. Each vendor is fully responsible for their merchandise and conduct at their stand.
After the Event: No refund is available after the event date, regardless of whether the ticket has been used or not.
Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled due to force majeure, the Organization will communicate refund or recovery options according to applicable law.
Code of Conduct: CardFest is a community event based on mutual respect. Harassment, aggressive behavior, discrimination, or unauthorized commercial activity are not allowed.
Right of Exclusion: The Organization may deny entry or remove from the event any person whose behavior is not appropriate or may compromise safety and event quality. In case of forced removal, no refund is due.
By attending CardFest, participants consent to being photographed or filmed by authorized staff for promotional, social media, or broadcast purposes. The Organization may use such material without compensation.
The Organization is not liable for damage to persons or property, loss, or theft occurring inside the event venue.
